I've always suffered from skin problems. Be it pimples, dark spots, blemishes, stretch marks, acne, dry and flaky skin; I've suffered through all of them, and the only solution that has fixed all is Aloe Vera.
- Aloe Vera treats sun burns.
- Acts a moisturizing agent, without leaving the skin greasy.
- Treats acne.
- Used as an anti- ageing agent.
- Fades away stretch mark.
- Reduces swelling and inflammation of gums.
- Treats constipation and stomach aches.
- Treats dandruff.
Aloe Vera a great all-rounder to have growing in your back yard.
Now, for this post I would recommend fresh aloe vera leaves but an aloe based cream or gel works just fine.
What you need:
· Aloe leaf
· Sharp knife
· Blender.
What to do:
1.Cut small pieces of the aloe leaf, left to right.
2.Cut the fleshy, green parts without nicking the translucent, gel in between the green skin.
3. Pop the gel into the blender.
4. Blend until smooth and abit frothy. ( if there's small bits of gel not blended, pay no mind.)
5. Pour into a clean container.
Application:
1. Rinse, with warm water, the area the gel is going to be applied to.
2. Pat dry, then massage the gel into the area of skin.
3. Leave for 5 minutes.
4. Then rinse area and pat dry.
You will feel a difference immediately. The skin will feel a lot more smoother, healthy and brighter and just bit clear.
Use this for at least 2 weeks for best results.
To preserve pop into the freezer or add vitamin C and E into the gel to last 2- 4 months.
